Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking an Accountant for an on-site role in Pateros, Metro Manila. The position requires 1–3 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

The role handles standard accounting functions under government-mandated benefits guidelines and reports to the finance team. Responsibilities include maintaining books, preparing reconciliations, and supporting month-end activities while ensuring compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and document control.
• Knowledge of Excel and accounting or finance software.
• Able to meet reporting deadlines and maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and review accounting transactions.
• Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and periodic financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure supporting documents and controls are complete.
• Coordinate audit, tax, and management information requests.
