Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

• Checking DSVR
• Calling at least 5 customers for confirmation
• Encoding cash % charge invoices in Quickbooks
• Issue audit notifications slip
• Checking of manual DSVR versus QB
• Monthly sales report
• Attaching validated slips of cash transactions in DSVR
• Filing of notification slips
• Encoding & filing the customer information sheet

Job Qualifications

The candidate/s must be:

• Bachelor's degree graduate of Accounting/Finance/Business Management
• At least 1-year of accounting work experience
• Knowledgeable in Excel
• Knowledgeable in Quickbooks is a plus
• Detail-oriented and has organizational skills
