Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze accounting entries and account balances, identifying discrepancies and correcting erroneous entries.
• Assist in the creation, development, and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
• Ensure subsidiary ledgers for all accounts are organized, complete, and accurate, supporting transparency in financial reporting.
• Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records of all financial transactions.
• Carry out other accounting-related functions as directed by the superior, supporting the overall efficiency of the accounting team.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or any business-related degree
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct discrepancies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of healthcare financial processes is a plus!
