We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-sufficient and forward-thinking Accounting Assistant who provides support in the accounting department. This role involves working on several activities which require a high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

1. Providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization.
2. Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments.
3. Processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
4. Ensuring that invoices and payments are properly approved and processed, and keeping track of what's owed to vendors, ultimately controlling expenses for an accurate balance sheet.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course;
• Must have at least 6 months experience in Accounts Payables;
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply;
• Willing to be deployed in Pamplona Uno, Las Piñas City.
