Job summary

A leading metal fabrication company is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and various reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate should have a degree related to accounting and at least 1-2 years of experience. Strong analytical skills and advance knowledge of MS Excel are essential. This position is based in Laguna, Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of work experience related to accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare check payments for suppliers, utilities, etc.
• Responsible for monitoring company expenses and employee benefits.
• Act as Petty Cash Custodian.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and strong attention to detail

Advance knowledge in MS Excel

Education

Graduate of Accountancy/Management Accounting/Financial Management or equivalent

Job description

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare check payments for suppliers, utilities, etc.
• Preparation of Adjustment Entries in Tax, EWT, and VAT
• Accrual entries for withholding tax
• Act as Petty Cash Custodian
• Reviews the Logbook of Check Requisition and Check Issues
• Responsible for monitoring of company expenses and employees benefits

• Graduate of Accountancy/Management Accounting/Financial Management or any equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of work experience related to accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
