Job summary

Chevron is seeking an Accounting Analyst for the Makati City, Philippines location. The role involves general accounting, month-end close activities, and intercompany reconciliations within a regional finance framework. You will interact with multiple offices and support internal controls and audits.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of accounting experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or JDE. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/JDE) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general accounting and reporting for regional finance teams.
• Enter accruals and reconcile monthly close items in ERP.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and intercompany balancing.
• Support SOX controls and financial audits.
• Collaborate with front/middle office to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Assist in dashboards, forecasts and balance sheet reconciliations.
