Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an Accounting Analyst (Bookkeeping) to ensure accurate and timely records for the preparation of financial statements according to generally accepted accounting standards.

The role involves reviewing sales transactions, recording remittances, tagging banking entries as payments, and coordinating with sales units. On-site in Mandaluyong City with a 5-day work week. Fresh graduates with internships are welcome, and Excel proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Fresh graduates or with up to 6 months of relevant internship/experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• On-site work required in Mandaluyong City (5 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Review sales transactions and compare with other sales records.
• Record inward remittances from different payment platforms.
• Tag banking transactions as received payments.
• Coordinate with different sales units as F&A representative.
• Verify ending balances of accounts receivable for reporting.
• Prepare journal entries for dues charged by digital payment channels.
• Monitor official receipts and withholding tax certificates for partners/platforms.
• Assist in finalizing account books and monthly compliance reports.
• Perform tasks as needed by the department.
