Your Role

As an AU Client Services Officer/Accounting Admin, you are responsible for:

  • Prepare tax depreciation schedules for various property types.
  • Analyze and categorize assets for tax purposes, using data from site inspections and photos.
  • Research and estimate asset costs and construction values.
  • Interpret and apply tax legislation, communicating effectively with clients and accountants.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on all reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to produce high-quality schedules.
  • Manage job deadlines and assist team members to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, with a preference for backgrounds in estimating, build contracts, or research.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in quantity surveying or a tax-related environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
