Job summary

Agile Tech Ops Inc. in Makati is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with US GAAP experience and CPA background. The role focuses on journal entries, financial reporting, and healthcare/nursing home accounting, using Sage Intacct and Ramp.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. This hybrid position combines onsite Ayala Makati with work-from-home days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or nursing home settings.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is required.
• Familiarity with Ramp invoice system is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and healthcare-related financial compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Process invoices and expense reports, preferably using Ramp.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Generate financial reports using Sage Intacct and support management with analysis.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry accounting standards and regulations.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline accounting processes.
