Job summary

Cabalen Management Co., Inc. is seeking an Accountant to manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accurate reporting of transactions and compliance with standards.

The role supports management with financial analysis and ensures integrity of accounting processes. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, with CPA preferred but not required, and experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and general accounting functions.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, adjustments, and accruals.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with government regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Monitor compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
