JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform general accounting functions

  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts

  • Analyze financial data· Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports

  • Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP

  • Support month-end and year-end close process

  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures

  • Provide input into department’s goal setting process.

  • Complete special projects as necessary

  • Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Four-year college degree or higher in Accounting

  • 3 to 10+ years’ experience in a related position

  • Experience in public accounting and/or restaurant and retail industries is preferred

  • Has solid financial statement skills and a clear understanding of GAAP

  • Strong Excel and ERP skills

  • Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours – from 5am to 2pm

  • Highly independent but a team player

  • With strong communication skills and fluency in English – verbally and in writing

  • Willing to work onsite in Baguio City.
