Job summary

A leading food service company located in Metro Manila, Pasig is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage supplier inquiries and assist with invoice processing. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential while being detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Must be able to manage medium to high level of activity.
• Must be able to follow instructions and implement directions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Supplier Inquiries and Concerns.
• Manage Inbox via MS Applications.
• Perform Account Management and Reconciliation.
• Ensure reporting compliance for internal and external requirements.
• Assist Accounts Payable processing for Suppliers Invoices.
