1. Operational Management
- Lead audit, assurance, and tax compliance engagements in line with IFRS, PFRS, PSA, and PH tax regulations
- Plan and execute engagement scopes, risk assessments, and compliance strategies
- Monitor progress using tracking tools; ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Review working papers, FS, tax filings, and compliance reports before submission
- Recommend operational improvements to Service Line Partner
2. Team Leadership
- Supervise and coach Senior and Junior Associates
- Conduct performance reviews and lead development planning
- Ensure the team meets technical and leadership benchmarks
- Organize technical training and mentorship programs
- Promote a positive work culture and succession planning
3. Client Engagement
- Act as the main operational contact for clients
- Lead kick-off meetings, updates, and post-engagement reviews
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate major issues as needed
- Maintain complete and compliant engagement documentation
- Support client retention through service excellence
4. Engagement Profitability
- Manage resources to stay within engagement budgets
- Leverage tools and systems to increase efficiency
- Track utilization, revenue, and billable hours
- Submit engagement performance reports to the Service Line Partner
5. Quality & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
- Conduct internal quality reviews and implement process improvements
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments
- Apply proactive risk mitigation strategies
6. Executive Collaboration
- Share operational updates and reports with leadership
- Contribute to methodology improvements and strategic initiatives
- Support firm-wide policy implementation within the Compliance and Assurance Group
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- CPA required; CMA or MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of audit/compliance experience with 1–2 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of PH tax laws and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Php65,000 – Php70,000/month
