The Account Supervisor oversees multiple client accounts and serves as a mentor to

Account Manager/s. They are responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role balances hands-on account management with team leadership, ensuring both client satisfaction and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Account Managers.
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all client deliverables.
• Support Account Directors in developing strategic client plans.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.
• Manage medium-to-large accounts with growing independence.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to lead client discussions and presentations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Google Suite, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
• At least 3–5 years of account management or client service experience, preferably in an agency or related industry.
• Experience managing medium to large client accounts, with exposure to strategy discussions and campaign planning.
• Ability to anticipate client needs, identify risks, and propose proactive solutions.
