We are looking for an Account Servicing Supervisor to serve as a key on-site leader supporting our Clark-based Account Servicing Operations teams. In this role, you will provide direct leadership to assigned associates while partnering with U.S.-based managers and directors to ensure operational excellence, employee engagement, workforce coordination, and consistent execution across multiple teams.
You will play an important role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, resolving operational challenges, and improving collaboration across departments.
Lead and develop associates through coaching, performance management, recognition, and accountability.
Serve as the primary on-site leadership resource for Clark-based Account Servicing Operations employees.
Support onboarding activities, workforce management, attendance monitoring, and operational coordination.
Partner with HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and business leaders to address employee and operational needs.
Research and resolve escalated account, process, system, or service-related issues.
Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while driving effective solutions.
Foster employee engagement through recognition programs, team-building activities, and leadership support.
Collaborate with U.S.-based leaders to ensure alignment, communication, and operational consistency.
Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, servicing, customer service, contact center, financial services, or related environment.
Proven experience coaching and developing employees while managing performance, attendance, and workplace concerns.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working with U.S.-based leadership teams.
Financial services, banking, or consumer finance experience.
Experience supporting escalations, process documentation, and cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
Experience within a shared services or offshore operations environment.
