Job summary

A leading BPO training organization in the Philippines is looking for a dynamic trainer with 2 to 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and a college degree, along with a background in technical support or service desk management. This position requires onsite work in Clark and operates on a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years trainer experience in the BPO industry.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Background in Service Desk or Financial field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training on effective communication, customer service, and technical support.
  • Manage and support the training process within the team.
  • Conduct profile screening based on defined criteria.

Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • 2 to 3 years trainer experience in the BPO industry
  • Prior trainer experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills are a must
  • SALARY GRID (CANDIDATE SALARY EXPECTATIONS MUST BE WITHIN THE BUDGET) 27k to 40k package
  • With Service Desk background or with Financial background
  • Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule

Must Have Skills

  • CS and Tech Domain: Training experience in effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture
  • Technology Functional Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of word, excel and PPT to complete reporting and documentation efficiently and effectively
  • High Impact Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Displays pleasant nature with a receptive attitude in order to reflect the true essence of Customer Service - Lead by Example
  • Analytical Ability: Examines data from multiple sources and integrates the data and inputs to determine and resolve key issues. Arrives at multiple solutions/alternatives, keeping in mind the various stakeholders
  • Profile Screening Criteria/Checks: Screening according to skills defined above – At least 3 years of training experience in soft skills and customer service

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Experience in managing a team or being an individual contributor
  • At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years of experience as a trainer in BPO/shared services industry
  • Preferably with background or knowledge in Tech Support
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule in Clark
  • Amenable to work onsite
