Job Title: Account Officer

Job Summary:

  • This position is responsible for managing loan booking/release from approval of the account until compliance/submission of loan terms and conditions until booking and ensuring compliance to regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.
  • Drives the booking of approved loans.
  • Confirmation of approval terms and conditions with clients/branches.
  • Pre-screens loan and collateral documents as to completeness and sufficiency.
  • Facilitates loan document signing and regular coordination with clients/branches.
  • Liaises with internal and external clients for the submission of documents or perform any process necessary for booking of the loan.
  • Provides clients/branches with regular updates on the status of loan booking.
  • Tracks and monitors document deficiencies. Follow up submission as deemed necessary.
  • Handles pre-booking related inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Contributes to the enhancement and implementation of loan programs.
  • Recommends policy, process, and system improvement of the Department/Division.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience in banking and with auto and home loan product handling as Account Officer.
