Job Description
- Drive IT sales growth through proactive prospecting, customer acquisition, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to support both immediate and long-term revenue and profit targets.
- Implement direct sales strategies and campaigns to increase customer spend and market share.
- Create and execute tailored sales plans for assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong knowledge of offerings, including products, services, and solutions.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sales follow-up.
- Lead collaboration with partners for customer engagement and solution development, including crafting and delivering proposals both in writing and in presentations.
- Build and sustain relationships with customers at all levels to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., presales, project management, delivery) throughout the sales process to secure necessary approvals and ensure alignment.
The Successful Applicant
- Have handled accounts in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability in customer relationship management and acquiring new clients.
- Solid background in selling IT solutions, with strong understanding of network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation capabilities.
