The Role in a Nutshell

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned hotel accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth through upsell and retention, and actively contributing to the financial health of the organization by managing accounts receivables and re-contracting processes. This role requires a strategic approach to diverse client types, including those considered non-target.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client relationship & strategic management: maintain relationships with existing partners
  • Revenue growth & upselling: upsell fixed price products
  • Working with non-target hotels: sell solutions to non-target hotels, working with marketing leads
  • Retention & customer satisfaction: working with retention tasks and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Contract management & Re-contracting: re-contracting work
  • Accounts receivable (AR) management: working with accounts receivables
  • Internal collaboration & reporting: other operational tasks
Requirements
  • Based in Cebu, Philippines
  • At least 2 years sales experience within the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers
  • Client focus, communication skills, readiness for an intense rhythm of work and a lot of business trips around Philippines region
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English and Filipino
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software
  • Availability to use private car
  • Knowledge of key hoteliers in the country (would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of IT providers for hospitality (would be a plus)
  • Membership in Hotel / Travel Associations / Event experience in Travel Trade Shows (would be a plus)
