Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or operations leadership
  • A strong track record in team coaching, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Confidence in managing multiple teams and clients with professionalism
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to suggest tools/processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and team performance tracking
  • Comfortable with virtual tools like Google Meet, email dashboards, and CRM systems
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct coaching sessions (on-site or virtual)
  • Review EOD reports and provide weekly summaries to operations
  • Address performance issues and escalate when needed
  • Monitor team morale and reduce attrition
  • Develop training materials and performance tools (dashboards, trackers, etc.)
  • Maintain clear communication with teams and management
  • Recommend strategies to improve efficiency, engagement, and results
