Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role at SYSU INTERNATIONAL, INC. based in Bacolod, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing local key accounts in Negros Occidental, including Lopue’s chain, Gaisano, KJ Fairmart chain, Foodman,Prince and Kmart. The role involves developing strong business relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships.

• Regularly visit stores and customers to monitor product placement, pricing, and promotions.

• Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.

• Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence to stay updated on industry trends.

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and account updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of trade activities and customer requirements.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Must be willing to travel within Negros Occidental
