  • Participates in the development of sales strategies.

  • Research on competition, local and international.

  • Establish and promote strong brand awareness and positioning in the Philippine ASC and Multi Speciality Clinic Market

  • Maintains professionalism and business ethics in carrying out all sales activities. Methods should always be in keeping with the Company’s brand and image.

  • Plans, organizes and implements participation in fairs and trade shows. Researches, recommends and plans for local and international promotional opportunities.

  • Ensure all sales materials and presentations are in order.

  • Attends meetings, conferences, exhibits and events relevant to the industry, and for networking.

  • Responds to sales inquiries, entertains potential clients, assists with concerns and questions of new clients.

  • Generate sales from targeted customers within the assigned area meeting monthly and annual quota

  • Coordinates and communicates with other departments to achieve the objectives of the company

  • Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

  • No work experience required as part as willing to learn

  • Must show eagerness and desire to be in sales

  • Must live in or near, or be willing to relocate to assigned territory or account(s)

  • Must be coachable

  • Must possess problem-solving skills and conflict management abilities

  • Must be a proven team player

  • Must be personable/likeable

  • Must present a professional appearance
