Overview

Rare Global Food Trading Corp. is looking for highly motivated Account Executives to join our Airline Catering Segment. You\'ll be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new accounts, managing key airline catering clients, and executing large-scale food service contracts.

This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience, a background in airline catering or F&B distribution, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the airline catering market
  • Build a solid pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product/service proposals
  • Develop and execute strategies to reach sales targets
Account Management
  • Manage and grow key accounts in the airline catering industry
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and proactively resolve issues
  • Cross-sell and upsell to maximize client value
Trading & Market Intelligence
  • Monitor airline catering trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
  • Manage fulfillment, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams
  • Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports
  • Share market insights and contribute to revenue forecasting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Must have experience in airline catering sales or handling accounts with global caterers (e.g., Global Catering, MacroAsia)
  • Knowledge of strict food safety regulations in airline catering
  • Skilled in managing complex, large-scale supply contracts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Background in F&B Distribution or FMCG preferred
