Qualification and requirements

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, with significant knowledge of American accounting standards and practices as well as US Taxation.
• Experience in a training or educational role within a corporate or academic environment, focusing on complex accounting topics is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Advanced training or teaching certification is an advantage.

SOFTWARE

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and mentor experienced learners.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire trainees to achieve their full potential.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in accounting with a focus on American practices.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks or SAP accounting software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver advanced training.
