Job Description

POSITION: AC PROFESSION LEADER

Job Description:

• Have extensive experience in AC repair, installation and preventive maintenance (PMS)
• Hold NCII Certification or higher (RAC or related field)
• Possesses strong and correct fundamental knowledge of air conditioning systems, including proper diagnosis and troubleshooting principles.
• Capable of training and guiding junior technicians to improve technical skills and work standards
• Responsible for ensuring high-quality AC serving and minimizing repeat breakdown cases
• Willing to support kitchen equipment PMS and repair works when necessary.
• (Doesn't need to have knowledge required for kitchen equipment, but have willingness to learn is required
• Candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills
• Be able to handle emergency breakdown cases and work independently

QUALIFICATION:

Education Background: Vocational / Technical Graduate (RAC, HVAC, Electrical or Related Field)

Years of experience: Minimum of 5 Years

SALARY OFFER:

- Php 28,150 (Meal allowance and pro-rated service charge included plus Php 1,000 allowance

WORKING SCHEDULE:
