We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of a dynamic organization. This role will oversee accounting, financial reporting, and production finance while ensuring financial discipline, compliance, and strategic support for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of accurate and timely financial statements across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with business leaders.
• Strengthen internal controls, oversee audits, and safeguard company resources.
• Provide financial insights into diverse revenue streams including advertising, subscriptions, sponsorships, syndication, and digital platforms.
• Partner closely with various divisions (Sales, Programming, Production, IT, HR, etc.) to support business objectives.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with 5+ years in a managerial or controllership role.
• Preferably with background in broadcast media, telecommunications, entertainment, or digital industries.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, tax compliance, and ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and highly regulated environment.
