Job summary

Our Clients is hiring an Inventory Controller - 3PL to oversee inventory accuracy across 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, commissaries, and retail ops. You will monitor movements, reconcile records, and coordinate with logistics partners to maintain inventory integrity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of inventory control experience in FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing environments and strong analytical skills. On-site role in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in inventory control, warehouse ops, or logistics.
• Experience with 3PL providers and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movements across 3PL warehouses and stores.
• Reconcile stock records between warehouse operations and ERP systems.
• Coordinate receiving, transfers, and adjustments with 3PL partners.
• Investigate variances and support physical/count activities.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Ops, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and 3PL teams.
• Drive improvements to inventory controls and warehouse processes.
• Assist in audits and maintain documentation.
