Job summary

BEYOND EVENTS PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT INC seeks a creative Graphic Designer to conceptualize and implement graphics projects, coordinating with accounts to align project objectives. You will produce print and digital ads across multiple formats and ensure artwork quality before publishing.

You will review client feedback with the art director, determine the message of each design, and develop visuals for products, logos, and websites, selecting colors and layouts accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics projects on time
• Coordinate with Account to confirm project objectives
• Create print and digital ads (flyers, posters, banners, brochures, EDMs, social ads, etc.)
• Review the final artwork to avoid errors before printing and publishing
• Ensuring all artwork approvals are compliant
• Meet and coordinate with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to the art director
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Closely work with and coordinate with the EMPLOYER and Lenovo projects
• Perform other tasks related to the conduct of business of the EMPLOYER

Job description

The EMPLOYEE under the supervision of the Executive Creative Director, shall perform the following tasks (in relation to the business of the EMPLOYER):

• 3.2.1. Conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics projects on time;
• 3.2.2. Coordinate with Account to confirm project objectives;
• 3.2.3. Doing Print and Digital ads for the EMPLOYER, such as but not limited to: Flyer, Poster, Banner, Topper, Tent Card, Catalogues/Brochure, EDMs, Social Media Ads, Newsletter Print Ads, Spec card.
• 3.2.4. Review the final artwork to avoid errors before printing & publishing;
• 3.2.5. Ensuring all artwork alliances are compliant;
• 3.2.6. Meet and coordinate with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project;
• 3.2.7. Determine the message the design should portray;
• 3.2.8. Create images that identify a product or convey a message;
• 3.2.9. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites;
• 3.2.10. Select colors, images, text style, and layout;
• 3.2.11. Present the design to the art director;
