Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking a 2D Echo Technologist to perform echocardiograms and support cardiology diagnoses in collaboration with our team. Hands-on training will be provided for high-potential allied health candidates with a 1-year employment bond.

You will operate ultrasound equipment, position patients, and coordinate with Cardiologists to ensure timely result delivery while upholding patient confidentiality in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Willingness to be trained in 2D Echo.
• Capable of multi-tasking in fast-paced clinic environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 2D echocardiograms (M-mode, Doppler, Color flow).
• Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, ensure comfort.
• Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound machines.
• Coordinate with Cardiologists and deliver timely results.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy.
