Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is hiring a 2D Echo Technologist to perform echocardiograms and support accurate cardiac diagnoses with Cardiologists in a busy clinic setting.

Preferred candidates hold a BS Radiologic Technology (RRT or RXT) and certification in 2D Echo from a recognized training center; hands-on training is available, with a 1-year employment bond for eligible allied-health applicants.

Qualifications

• BS Radiologic Technology preferred with RRT/RXT certification.
• Certified in 2D Echo from a recognized training center preferred.
• Willing to undergo hands-on training and learn in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 2D echocardiograms (M-mode, Doppler, Color).
• Prepare and position patients, explain procedures and ensure comfort.
• Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound machines.
• Coordinate with Cardiologists for timely result delivery.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Maintain equipment and monitor supplies.
