Your role

Provide technical support in SAP ERP and SAP Business One implementation. Below are the activities related to technical support:

• Installation of Server Operating system (Windows, Linux, etc)
• Installation of SAP ERP and SAP Business One systems
• Implement Change Transport System (CTS)-setup/configuration, import of transport requests
• Perform SAP authorization tasks
• Database management installation, troubleshooting, management
• Troubleshooting and monitoring of SAP ERP and SAP Business One concerns

• Assist the Level 2 and higher BASIS admin in the performance of SAP ERP and SAP Business One-related projects
• Perform research and development on new technologies applicable to SAP ERP and SAP Business One systems.
