Your role
  • To assist in the reservation sales process and compliance with post-booking requirements.
  • Handles pre-booking (review if compliant) / post-booking of sales reservations (OTS for completion of documentary requirements and other needed details for CTS preparation).
  • Responsible for proper coordination with the sellers relative to their accounts with incomplete details and requirements and ensures that these are completed immediately.
  • Acceptance and encoding of new sales for submission to SRS.
  • Verification of BP no. of sellers hierarchy in SAP and checking the status of the sellers if active or not.
  • Checks the accuracy of commission rebate computation and payment term computation in the SOP.
  • Ensures that the sellers who held the unit in SAP are the same person indicated on the booking documents.
  • Performs other functions that may be required from time to time.
Compensation & benefits

Entry-level employees at SMIC may earn between Php12,000 and Php20,000. Certification and licensure boost a fresh grad’s base salary.
