About you
  • Must be graduates of BS Psychology, HRDM, Political Science, or any business-related course
  • Graduates of the school year 2019, 2020 or 2021
  • Has outstanding scholastic records
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • With strong people and leadership skills
  • No work experience is required
  • Willing to undergo the Cadetship Training Program
  • Willing to be job rotated and assigned in Project Sites, if needed
