Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a contract role in the banking/finance operations space. You will process and settle FX, FX Options, derivatives, and money market transactions, ensuring accurate booking and timely settlement.

The role requires meticulous, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/Excel. Relevant treasury or financial markets experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in banking, treasury or financial markets operations preferred.
• Knowledge of FX, derivatives, structured products and/or money market products is advantageous.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle FX, FX Options, derivatives, structured investments and money market transactions accurately and within required timelines.
• Perform trade booking/input and ensure transactions are correctly captured.
• Support processing and settlement of bullion (Gold and Silver) FX trades.
• Verify trade details against supporting documents and follow up on discrepancies, missing trades, amendments or cancellations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely trade validation and settlement.
• Prepare fund transfers for NDF, FX Options and Money Market settlements.
• Monitor funding and settlement requirements before applicable currency cut-off times.
• Match counterparty confirmations and maintain proper trade documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with established operating procedures and controls.
• Perform other operational and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
