Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in a day shift to help keep products moving safely and efficiently from our facility to customers. The role requires operating forklifts, selecting and staging orders, and coordinating with inbound and outbound deliveries.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of warehouse experience, basic math and computer skills, and strong teamwork and communication abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 18 years old
• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Responsabilidades

• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Select products from warehouse racks, palletize, shrink-wrap and stage orders for shipment
• Coordinate and assist with inbound and outbound deliveries
• Support inventory activities, including cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and quality standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Warehouse Operator

Pay: $21.60/hour | Day Shift: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Select products from warehouse racks, palletize, shrink-wrap and stage orders for shipment
• Coordinate and assist with inbound and outbound deliveries
• Support inventory activities, including cycle counts

What You'll Bring

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and climbing
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments and areas where dust or chemicals may be present
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
