The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a VM/SD Regional Analyst to lead Visual Merchandising projects for LATAM makeup cluster brands and The Ordinary. You will collaborate with regional partners to develop design proposals for major Retail Design initiatives and ensure brand standards across the region.

You will oversee multiple projects, guide creative direction, and plan product launch campaigns at the point of sale while reviewing technical drawings and samples for consistency and impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Industrial Design or related fields.
• 3-4 years of design background (industrial, graphic, or architectural) with ability to follow brand standards.
• English proficiency is required
• Adobe Creative Cloud acknowledge is required
• SketchUp acknowledge is required
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required

Responsabilidades

VM/SD Regional Analyst

The main objective for this role is to lead the development of all Visual Merchandising projects for the Makeup Cluster Brands and The Ordinary in LATAM, supporting regional partners in the development of design proposals for major Retail Design projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Industrial Design or related fields;
