Job summary

Touch Consulting is seeking a Telephone Prospecting Assistant to join our team in a 100% remote position. You'll be the first voice customers hear, identifying opportunities and opening doors for the sales team.

You will prospect via cold calls, qualify leads, log insights in the CRM, follow up, and report daily metrics while contributing to ongoing improvement. Ideal candidates hold a related degree, strong communication, and experience in B2B or IT consultancies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and a love for challenges
• Experience at B2B consulting firms
• Experience at IT consulting firms selling intangible services (preferred)
• Background in sales, customer service, or call centers (a plus, not required)
• Basic CRM skills or willingness to learn
• Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written)
