UOB Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the professional-level recruitment process for new staff in Jakarta Selatan. The role focuses on managing end-to-end talent acquisition and supporting strategic workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing talent management frameworks, collaborating with business leaders and HR, and building talent pipelines and succession plans to meet organizational needs.
