Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to help build recruiting best practices and ensure a world-class candidate experience. You will manage our ATS, schedule phone screens, and support events like career fairs and campus visits in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Psychology or HR degree, have a background in HR/recruiting, and are comfortable using Claude or similar AI tools to boost productivity and research.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development.
• Interest in startups.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!

Compensation

The salary for the Human Resources Intern is $800 USD monthly as an independent contractor.
