In this role you will manage the Applicant Tracking System, schedule phone screens, and support recruiting events and reporting. A relevant degree pursuit and comfort with AI tools are important to succeed at Sezzle.

• Pursuing a degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Background in HR, People Ops, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.
• Interest in startups and AI-driven productivity.
• Experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required.
• Hard-working, self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule and perform phone screens
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
• Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups
• Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis

What We Look For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development
• Interest in startups
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Compensation: The salary for the Human Resources Intern is $800 USD monthly as an independent contractor.
