Oterra busca un/a profesional para apoyar la planificación de la cadena de suministro con foco en SAP S/4HANA, planificación de la producción y flujos intercompany a través de Stock Transport Orders (STOs).<\/p>

Colaborarás con equipos globales, revisando requerimientos, órdenes y disponibilidad de materiales, y realizando análisis de datos usando SAP y Excel para mejorar la planificación y reportes.

Formación

• Interés en SAP, planificación de producción y procesos de la cadena de suministro.
• Conocimientos previos en SAP deseables.
• Habilidades analíticas y Excel avanzado.
• Nivel alto de inglés (C1) para interactuar con equipos globales.
• Atención al detalle y proactividad en un entorno operativo estructurado.
• Análisis de datos con Power BI, Power Query y Power Automate.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la planificación diaria de producción en SAP S/4HANA.
• Revisar requerimientos, órdenes planificadas y órdenes de producción.
• Monitorear disponibilidad de materiales y excepciones de planificación; escalar.
• Apoyar seguimiento de planes y mantener datos de planificación en SAP.
• Apoyar revisión y seguimiento de STOs y flujos intercompany.

Support the Supply Chain Planning team in daily planning activities, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, production planning and intercompany material flows through Stock Transport Orders (STOs).Support the Supply Chain Planning team in daily planning activities, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, production planning and intercompany material flows through Stock Transport Orders (STOs).

SAP & Production Planning Support

• Support daily production planning activities in SAP S/4HANA, including the review of requirements, planned orders and production orders.
• Monitor material availability, planning exceptions and potential supply constraints, escalating relevant issues to the Production Planner.
• Support the follow-up of production plans and maintain accurate planning information in SAP.

Intercompany Planning / STO Support

• Support the review and follow-up of Stock Transport Orders (STOs) according to demand and replenishment requirements.
• Monitor intercompany material flows in SAP and coordinate follow-up with local and global planners.
• Identify potential delays or inconsistencies affecting intercompany supply and escalates them to the responsible planner.

General

• Support planning reports, KPI updates and data analysis using SAP and Excel.
• Assist in continuous improvement and standardization of planning processes.

Requisitos

• Student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in SAP, production planning and Supply Chain processes; previous SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent), written and spoken, with confidence to interact with global teams
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a structured operational environment.
• Mid/High-level Data Analytics: Power BI, Power uery Power automate.
