Job Title: Supervisor, Training & Quality

The Training and Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs and quality assurance processes. This role ensures that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively and maintain high standards of quality in their work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and quality initiatives.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and quality management.
