Job summary

ALS Peru S.A. is seeking a production operator to join our manufacturing team in Callao.

You will distribute workload, supervise reception, drying, crushing, cuarteo, milling, and other mechanical preparation activities during your shift, ensuring adherence to procedures and cleanroom standards. You will monitor production priorities and batch progress, reallocate resources to meet turnaround times and productivity and quality standards, verify orderliness and cleanliness of areas, and promote

Responsibilities

• Distribuir el trabajo y supervisar las tareas de recepción, secado, chancado, cuarteo, pulverizado, tamizado y demás actividades de preparación mecánica durante el turno.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, instrucciones, normas, parámetros operativos y controles de limpieza, evitando contaminación cruzada y pérdida de trazabilidad.
• Realizar seguimiento a la producción, prioridades y avance de lotes, redistribuyendo recursos cuando sea necesario para cumplir el TAT y los estándares de productividad y calidad.
• Verificar el orden y limpieza de las áreas, así como el uso seguro y eficiente de equipos.
