Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Provide direct support to the Operations Manager in daily tasks and decision-making processes.

  • Coordinate and oversee the setup and functionality of operational installations during your assigned shift.

  • Monitor and respond promptly to any disruptions, technical issues, or irregularities within the operations department, in alignment with company policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all operational rules and procedures, including the implementation of newly introduced guidelines.

  • Safeguard integrity by supervising game presenters, card shufflers, and players to prevent dishonest or unethical behavior.

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all games offered by the company, and confidently apply and explain relevant strategies and rules.

Qualifications

Work Availability

  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts.

  • On-site availability required.

Education

  • Technical or university-level studies (completed or in progress).

Languages

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
