Una empresa de retail en expansión busca un Subgerente de Tienda para gestionar procesos de ventas, recursos humanos y la experiencia del cliente. Se requiere título universitario y 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar. Buscamos una persona proactiva y orientada al cliente, dispuesta a contribuir al crecimiento de la empresa en un ambiente dinámico en Lima, Perú.

Formación

• 5 años de experiencia en tiendas minoristas como supervisor, gerente o rol similar (indispensable).
• Disposición para viajar.
• Edad: 28 a 65 años.

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar la correcta ejecución de todos los procesos de ventas.
• Gestionar recursos humanos y guiar al equipo para asegurar una experiencia de compra de alta calidad.
• Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos del piso de ventas.

Responsibilities

• As Subgerente de Tienda, you will be the second-in-command in the sales area, ensuring the correct execution of all sales processes including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service (internal and external).
• Manage human resources and other related tasks to guide the team and ensure a high-quality shopping experience and the correct presentation and price of products.
• Ensure compliance with sales floor policies and procedures, including opening/closing, cash handling, and asset care.
• Support inventory administration to re-order merchandise accurately and maintain replenishment levels.
• Ensure store rules and regulations are explained, understood and followed by all team members.
• Monitor work schedules and vacations according to business needs.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, questions and inquiries.
• Promote safety and welfare of the team in line with company policies and equipment guidelines.
• Develop, train and motivate the team, living the Dollarcity values and culture.

What it takes to be successful

• Complete university studies (Indispensable)
• 5 years of experience in retail stores as a supervisor, manager, submanager or similar role with personnel in charge (Indispensable)
• Computer skills
• Customer service orientation, high energy levels and a proactive, versatile attitude
