Playtech is seeking an exceptional Account Manager in Peru to drive customer engagement and revenue growth in the gaming industry. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and promoting Playtech's products. Strong proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential, along with proven negotiation skills and experience in customer service.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Services/Customer Support B2B.
• Experience managing or working with international customers.
• Background in managing legal contracts (advantage).
• Knowledge of internet advertising (advantage).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day commercial contact between Playtech customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer performance and revenue growth through strategic recommendations.
• Promote tasks internally, including development requests.
• Ensure customers utilize new Playtech products.
• Maintain detailed customer relationship information.

Conocimientos

Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese skills

High emotional intelligence (EQ)

Analytical and problem-solving abilities
