Acquire Intelligence in Pasig City is hiring a Sponsorship Implementation Coordinator to manage end-to-end sponsorship campaigns across broadcast and media platforms. You will collaborate with Sales, Creative, Production, Programming and Airtime teams to ensure accurate delivery and compliance with guidelines.

The role suits a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

• Experience within media operations, sponsorship coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Creative, Production, Programming, and Airtime teams to ensure sponsorship properties are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with operational guidelines.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and working in a fast-paced media environment.**YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Coordinate and execute sponsorship campaigns across assigned broadcast and media platforms* Process sponsorship bookings and maintain accurate records within operational systems* Liaise with Sales, Creative, Airtime, Production, and Programming teams regarding sponsorship instructions and campaign delivery* Support material instruction management and conduct regular quality checks on instructed campaigns* Assist with sponsorship inventory coordination and pricing support activities* Provide reporting support for sponsorship delivery and campaign performance tracking* Support sponsorship air-check activities and ensure creative accuracy across campaigns* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support sponsorship revenue opportunities* Provide administrative and operational support to the broader media operations team* Identify opportunities to improve sponsorship workflows and operational processes* Support onboarding and system guidance for internal stakeholders where required**A BIT ABOUT YOU*** Experience within media operations, sponsorship coordination, broadcast operations, or campaign support environments is preferred* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Exceptional organisational and time management capability* Strong attention to detail across campaign coordination and operational workflows* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within fast-paced environments* Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook* Experience within media, radio, advertising, or broadcast environments is advantageous**WHAT WE VALUE**We’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:* **Curious and Clever**: Smart questions spark smart solutions.* **Entrepreneurial Energy**: Think like an owner.
