XenonStack is seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud architectures. You will lead multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure, govern automation, and mentor senior engineers to deliver secure, scalable systems optimized for performance and cost.

The role emphasizes architecture strategy, cost optimization, and collaboration with engineering leadership to align with business goals.

Formación

• 8+ years in DevOps, CloudOps, or SRE with 3+ years in architect/lead role.
• Deep AWS expertise including multi-account setups, security, and networking; Azure/GCP exposure.
• Proven track record designing enterprise CI/CD with Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Advanced Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd).
• IaC proficiency: Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.
• Scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Cloud security architecture and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Observability stack design: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Strong distributed systems, networking, and hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
• Leadership, communication, mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end DevOps architecture strategy for scalable environments.
• Architect and implement enterprise CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud/hybrid infra.
• Design IaC frameworks using Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.
• Lead container orchestration strategy with Kubernetes and service mesh tech.
• Establish DevSecOps practices across delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to define cloud-native reference architectures for AI/data workloads.
• Oversee observability, logging, metrics, tracing, and incident response.
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning across AWS/Azure/on-prem.
• Mentor senior DevOps engineers and promote coding best practices.
• Lead PoCs for strategic adoption of emerging technologies.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect with 8+ years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud infrastructure architectures. This role is perfect for a visionary engineer who can translate business goals into secure, scalable, and high-performing systems while guiding teams toward excellence in automation, reliability, and efficiency.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end DevOps architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency across environments.
• Architect and implement enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines for multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Design infrastructure automation frameworks using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Lead container orchestration strategy with Kubernetes, service mesh technologies, and microservices deployment models.
• Establish DevSecOps practices, integrating security, compliance, and governance into every stage of the delivery pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define cloud-native reference architectures for AI, data, and agentic workloads.
• Oversee observability strategy — logging, metrics, tracing, and incident response processes.
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.
• Mentor senior DevOps engineers, setting coding and automation best practices.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts for strategic adoption.

Skills Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, CloudOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
• Deep expertise in AWS (multi-account architectures, security, and networking), with exposure to Azure/GCP.
• Proven track record in designing CI/CD frameworks with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar at enterprise scale.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Expertise in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Solid understanding of cloud security architecture, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Experience designing observability and monitoring architectures with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
