XenonStack is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer specialized in Computer Vision to design and deploy Vision AI powered agents for enterprise use cases. You will bridge AI model development with agentic orchestration to create autonomous, reliable systems that perceive, understand, and act in real-world environments.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in CV/AI, strong experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow/OpenCV, and hands-on cloud/edge deployment skills.

• Collaborate with Platform and AgentOps engineers to ensure reliability, scalability, and observability.

• Ensure Vision AI agents adhere to safety, fairness, and compliance standards.
• Build evaluation pipelines for accuracy, bias, and real‑world robustness.
• Document best practices and create reproducible workflows for enterprise customers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision with 2-5 years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, and AI systems engineering. You will design and deploy Vision AI-powered agents capable of perception, understanding, and decision‑making for enterprise use cases such as public safety, surveillance, manufacturing, and healthcare.

This role bridges AI model development with agentic orchestration, ensuring Vision AI is not just a model but an autonomous, reliable agent delivering measurable impact.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

Agentic Vision AI Development

• Design and implement Vision AI agents that combine perception models with reasoning and action.
• Integrate LLMs and multimodal models with computer vision systems for richer decision‑making.

Model Training & Optimization

Skills Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in computer vision, ML engineering, or applied AI.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV).
• Experience with object detection/recognition models (YOLO, Faster R‑CNN, DETR, SAM).
• Familiarity with multimodal AI (vision + LLMs).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge AI deployments.
• Knowledge of inference optimization (ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO).
• Proficiency in Python, with solid engineering practices (Git, CI/CD).
