The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.
A Solution Advisor works closely with our customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. The role includes deal support through discovery sessions, executive meetings and presentations, and delivering software demonstrations that convey SAP’s value. The Solution Advisor also participates in marketing events, designs Thinking sessions, and collaborates with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.
As a Solution Advisor within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible to:
The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP and provide professional experience to serve our customers. Full-time employment is offered from day one with practical learning applications. After successful completion, you are expected to lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation. You will create and deliver high-impact software demonstrations that help customers see the value of SAP. You will also support demand generation through marketing events and assist with deal execution in response to RFPs.
Solution areas focus: Knowledge in Supply Chain, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, or Transportation Management.

SAP’s employees are enabled to do their best with a mix of office and remote work according to country guidelines. Our hybrid setup generally consists of three days a week in the office or onsite with customers or partners.
There may be an immersive portion of the program, likely involving four weeks across two trips in San Ramon, California, for hands-on learning and networking. The final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. Sufficient notice will be provided for preparations.
During intensive phases, participants are expected to be fully engaged and present. Vacation may not be approved during certain critical times of the program.
